Our process is quite simple. First, we meet with you either virtually or in-person and get
to know you and your real estate goals a little better. After that, we craft a couple
different offers that we feel creates a win-win. Upon presenting, we explain the details
and decide which option would be best. We then simply work together to complete the
short list of steps to a successful home sale.
Because all of the payments get paid before or on time, we actually see our sellers credit score increase over time which helps eligibility for mortgage. Also, the only thing that this would affect is your debt to income ratio, although that can be taken care of by showing the debt is being serviced by a rental agreement OR a rent appraisal can be done.
We have solutions to help our home sellers out in the case their is equity in the home they want out in a lump sum. Each situation is case by case although as long as we can make it a win-win, this is oftentimes something we can work with our home sellers on.
